Dear Parents and Students,

We just had our Walk Through the Ancient Civilizations assembly. It was so wonderful to see all of the proud parents supporting their children and cheering them on through their performances. Thank you for coming.

We will close the year by finishing up our Earth Science unit on Earthquakes. Activities to come include seismic wave relays, tower building projects, and earthquake simulation labs.

In addition, we will be working on the last concepts in Math, which will lead to the End of Course district assessments.

During the week of June 12th, we will be doing our end of the year activities which will culminate in the annual Clap Out.

Thank you to all of my parents for your support, and of course, a warm thank you to my students for making this such a wonderful year.

Special thanks to Mrs. Harrison for being my Room Mom, and thank you to Mrs. Arentz for being the class photographer.

It has been a pleasure being in your lives this year.

I hope that all of you have a wonderful and restful summer break.

Yours truly,

Ms. Yamamoto
