Nancy Rudd - Science Instructor
Welcome to Mrs. Rudd's 2009-2010 school year. Eighth grade science focuses on the Physical Sciences. This year the curriculum will include an 18 week course of Chemistry (a study of matter), a 12 week course of Physics (motion and forces) and a 4 week course of physics based Astronomy. Embedded within these courses is the application of The Scientific Method of Problem Solving, experimentation and investigation, research, metric measurements and research writing.
