Too Late to Apologize....

This is an easy one!  In preperation for the Walk Through American Revolution Assembly, watch the video on my website: Too Late to Apologize.

What facts jump out at you about the Revolution?  Who are the main characters?  Do you recognize any important vocabulary words? What else do you notice about this music video?

Do you think videos and music can teach you facts about American history?  Why? Why not?

Blog about it!  Due Thursday, May 10th.

Idioms

Idioms-: A set expression of two or more words that means something other than the literal meaning of its individual words

Find an idiom online. Explain it's literal meaning and explain what the idiom represents or its figurative meaning and explain why it has that meaning.

For instance:  It's raining cats and dogs.

Literal= it means cats and dogs are falling from the sky.  Ouch!

Figurative=the idiom tells us that it is raining hard because cats and dogs are much larger than raindrops so it must be really pouring!

Happy writing.  Be clear! Due: Thursday, May 3rd

See Bee if you need help!!!!!!!
